- Manufacturing defects
- Dead pixels (screens) beyond acceptable threshold
- Battery capacity below rated specification
- Non-functional components upon installation
- Parts that fail under normal use within the warranty period
❌ What's Not Covered
- Physical damage caused by improper installation
- Water or liquid damage
- Damage from unauthorized modifications
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
📋 How to Make a Warranty Claim

Email us at Care@3cBom.com with:
- Your order number
- Product name and SKU code
- Description of the issue
- Photos or video showing the defect
- We'll review your claim within 48 hours
- Resolution: If approved, we'll ship a replacement part at no cost, or issue a full refund — your choice
📌 Important Notes
- Warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is required
- Warranty applies to the original purchaser only
- Replacement parts receive a new 12-month warranty
