Shipping Policy

3CBOM uses two fulfillment methods depending on the product and order type.

In U.S. Stock

Selected fast-moving core SKUs may ship from U.S. stock for faster delivery within the United States. Product pages or order confirmations should show whether an item is in U.S. stock.

Sourced from Shenzhen

Special, scattered, or long-tail repair parts may be sourced after order confirmation. These orders require sourcing review, quality check, and international shipment. Lead time may vary by part category, availability, destination, and carrier.

Estimated Lead Time

Estimated lead time is shown on the product page, quote, or order confirmation when available. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs review, holidays, remote destinations, or product-specific sourcing time.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when the carrier makes it available.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges. These charges are determined by the destination country or carrier and are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated in writing.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Delays or extra costs caused by incorrect address information may not be eligible for refund.
